Tiffany Mays is the founder of I Am Not Ok Network, a compassionate coaching and support-centered business designed for individuals who are carrying more than they should handle alone. She is a Coach, Mentor, Author, Adult Day Care Owner, and Caregiver Support Professional, dedicated to offering mental health support to individuals and families facing emotional, personal, and caregiving challenges. With over 25 years of experience in coaching families in caregiving, Tiffany is married for over 29 years and is a mother to three young adult children. She holds certifications in Relationship Coaching and has gained additional qualifications in Mental Health Wellness over the past 3 years, including ADHD Coaching, NLP certification, and Magnetic Mind Coaching Certifications. Tiffany recognizes that many individuals spend years trying to appear strong for others while feeling overwhelmed themselves. Her work is focused on personal growth, helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with honesty and hope. The name I Am Not Ok Network was chosen intentionally; it reflects the truth many are hesitant to express. Acknowledging that you are not okay does not signify weakness; rather, it signals our shared humanity. Tiffany believes that healing often starts when individuals cease pretending and open themselves to the support they need. Through her coaching techniques, Tiffany provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where people can slow down, breathe, reflect, and take tangible steps towards emotional wellness, balance, and clarity.
